Intro

Good afternoon, Miss ABC. My name is Kate Law, I am so glad to have this opportunity to introduce myself to you.

First of all, about my educational background. I have graduated at JCCSS as a Form 5 student. However, my first CE result was not very good. In order to prove myself I am capable to do better, I took another year to study Form 5 syllabus. Even I can't enter to the next grade, I realize that once I am determined to do something, I will go for it and achieve the goal no matter what.

After that, I started to work and gain some experience in the business. I am interested in clerical work. It is because it provides a stable working hour, I can have more free time to do personal matters, such as enhance myself by taking some extra classes. I have learnt a lot of skills in these years, like, how to maintain filing system, staff attendance records and how to order office supplies and make sure it can delivery on time. It seems easy to deal with, but there are a lot of procedures in processing. So I manage myself to be careful, detail-minded and accurate.

Well, about my personality. I am a quite person which clerical work suits me. I am also a optimistic person and easy to get-along with, which can help me adapt in a new condition. Of course I have weakness, but I will do my best to make a change. In my free time, I love to listening to music and reading. It helps me reduce my pressure and makes me relax. I will also exercise like running, keep myself fit.

Last but not least. The reason I want this job is, I believe your company can offer me a platform to learn and grow more. It is because my previous and current jobs are temporary, so I can't learn much further. I hope I am the right person that you are looking for.
