Good afternoon Miss, I am so glad to have this opportunity to introduce myself to you.

My name is Kate Law. I am 24 years old. I started to work since I was graduated. It is almost 3 years for me to work at different companies as a Clerk. Mainly, my experience is related to Administration Support. My job duties are including to maintain filing system, to sort out documents and make colleagues can locate the file easily. Moreover, I also responsible for data entry and generate reports to my supervisors for meeting. In my current post, I assist in preparing attendance record and sick leave record. Besides, I also assist in maintaining and ordering office equipment, stationery to keep the office running.

喺呢幾年學到嘅除左有工作經驗，我自己個人都得益唔少。好多工作睇上去好似好簡單好容易處理，但其實個過程涉及好多個步驟，所以好需要細心同準確，而且工作態度都好重要，同埋要點樣管理自己啲時間，喺Deadline前交文件。
At these few years, I was benefited by work so much. I understand some work it seems easy to complete, but it takes a lot of procedures to process, I have to make sure I am careful in details and be accurate. Moreover, I have learnt how important time management is, like, how to finish my work before deadline.

我認為我個人嘅長處係態度好，做野認真同埋好相處；同埋我係一個比較靜嘅人，所以坐足成日對住部電腦都唔會悶到我。我將來嘅工作定向都係以文員為主，因為工作時間比較穩定，間中OT我都OK。同埋我對呢份工作都好有興趣。我上網睇過貴公司嘅背景，主要同紡織有關，而且招騁廣告嘅工作內容同我經驗類似，我諗學起上黎會較容易上手。希望你可以考慮我，我咁日嘅介紹係咁多，多謝。
I personally think my strength is I have a good attitude, good temper. And I am very committed to work. I am a quiet person so I can sit at work the whole time and won't feel boring. I am interested in this post because I have a similar working experience. Also, I did some research about your company, it is about Textile works and your company has few branch in China and overseas. Good afternoon, Miss ABC. My name is Kate Law, I am so glad to have this opportunity to introduce myself to you.

First of all, about my educational background. I have graduated at JCCSS as a Form 5 student. However, my first CE result was not very good. In order to prove myself I am capable to do better, I took another year to study Form 5 syllabus. Even I can't enter to the next grade, I realize that once I am determined to do something, I will go for it and achieve the goal no matter what.

After that, I started to work and gain some experience in the business. I am interested in clerical work. It is because it provides a stable working hour, I can have more free time to do personal matters, such as enhance myself by taking some extra classes. I have learnt a lot of skills in these years, like, how to maintain filing system, staff attendance records and how to order office supplies and make sure it can delivery on time. It seems easy to deal with, but there are a lot of procedures in processing. So I manage myself to be careful, detail-minded and accurate.

Well, about my personality. I am a quite person which clerical work suits me. I am also a optimistic person and easy to get-along with, which can help me adapt in a new condition. Of course I have weakness, but I will do my best to make a change. In my free time, I love to listening to music and reading. It helps me reduce my pressure and makes me relax. I will also exercise like running, keep myself fit.

Last but not least. The reason I want this job is, I believe your company can offer me a platform to learn and grow more. It is because my previous and current jobs are temporary, so I can't learn much further. I hope I am the right person that you are looking for.

what is the purpose of LIVING??

Living needs money which I do not have

I have a lower education qualification and nowadays companies need at least a diploma qualification..

Who to blame??

Myself?? Yes. Because I don't work hard when I was young.

Family?? Yes. Because we don't have money and any relatives can vow me for an education loan.

And my parents' are so blind to see the truth that NOWADAYS how much important that EDUCATION is!!

no matter what, you have a certificate/degree, you are better than anyone..

that is what I have been learning from these year, in the reality, the live we live..

Eventually, you can only blame yourself.

it's you, who are not hard-working.
it's you, who do not have confident.
it's you, who are better said than done (which is no easy)
